As the retail and technology industry converges in New York City for NRF 2025, Beontag – one of the world’s largest manufacturers of pressure sensitive adhesives and smart tags such as RFID and NFC – will showcase its retail solutions alongside Temera, a Beontag company, whose new traceability solutions are impacting the fashion and luxury sector.

Beontag will present an extensive portfolio of products and a strong leadership presence to the event, highlighting how its solutions are transforming the retail experience for customers and businesses with real-time interactions that elevate engagement and streamline supply chain operations.

During the event, visitors will be able to see a full range of products where Beontag’s team will demonstrate how its solutions are enabling the future of the retail market. The demonstration implemented at the NRF Retail Big Show 2025 shows how the company’s technology enables end-to-end traceability, optimizes logistics and retail processes, and creates enhanced customer experiences. The booth, created to simulate a real-life store, will have all its displayed items carry a UHF label that, when placed in the reader area, shows detailed information about the product on the screen. Other technologies on display will include standard UHF inlays, ECO tags, NFC and DF tags, and on-metal tags.

Barbara Dunin, Beontag’s ESG, marketing and communication director, says, “Beontag is excited to be joining NRF’s milestone event again; this time to mark the beginning of another critical year of growth and innovation for retail. On a personal note, I am really looking forward to connecting with peers and friends across the industry to explore our shared goals and discuss how we can make lives, products, and supply chains more connected and enabled than ever in 2025 and beyond.”

Francesco Pieri, Beontag’s Luxury Division director and Temera’s managing director, adds, “NRF is known as the gold standard of retail conferences. I am very happy to return to the event this year to demonstrate what is possible now, and what will be possible in the future, through traceability-focused, customer-oriented technologies in the luxury sector. I look forward to meeting with other exhibitors and guests throughout the week.”

Taking to the River Pavilion’s ReturnPro Stage on January 14, 2025, at 11am, Temera is also set for an engaging session led by Guido Mengoni, marketing and advisory director at Temera, alongside Marco Ruffa, former CMO and digital transformation director at Pinko. Together, they will demonstrate how AI technology is transforming the in-store shopping experience through real-time interactions, including Temera’s digital twin technology as employed by leading luxury brand Bulgari.

At NRF 2025, Temera will also co-host the Luxury Innovation Roadshow on January 12, an event that explores groundbreaking fashion tech innovation. The agenda includes a networking breakfast and a guided tour of NRF’s top FashionTech solutions.

Growth, Expansion and Innovation

As part of its North American expansion, Beontag recently invested more than $80 million to open its state-of-the-art, 200,000 square-foot manufacturing facility in Dayton, OH. This facility underscores Beontag’s commitment to innovative products and a seamless customer journey, solidifying its status as a trusted end-to-end provider of solutions rooted in sustainable technology.
